چکیده

The floating photovoltaic (FPV) array, which consists of tens or hundreds rows systems, exhibits great economic and environmental benefits. An FPV array arranged in the ocean will be subjected to combined action wind, waves, currents during installation, service, maintenance processes; however, systematic research this field is still lacking. As a representative study on hydrodynamic characteristics single-row system fundamental prerequisite for safe design large-scale arrays near future. In paper, based potential theory, numerical model with ten platforms established ANSYS-AQWA software. Following this, coefficients single platform are calculated evaluated. After that, dynamic responses under different load combinations explored. Finally, influence mechanism wave parameters discussed detail, including wavelength height. results indicate within scope study, have good seakeeping stability. dominates all conditions, presence current affect wave. addition, relative relationship between length their resonance effect, increase height significantly enhance response system. This can help provide references safety arrays.

Optimal energy management of the photovoltaic based distribution networks considering price responsive loads, energy storage systems and convex power flows.

Nowadays, presence of photovoltaic systems in distribution network is not without challenge and it may not have economic productivity for the system under the lack of optimal management. Energy storage systems are able to cope with this problem. Therefore, in this paper, a new method is proposed for energy management of the distribution networks in order to show that how presence of the energy ...

Analysis of Photovoltaic Module Resistance Characteristics

Abstract: This paper proposes a new analysis method for photovoltaic (PV) modules. The main objectives are to obtain the resistance parameters of PV modules by adjusting I-V equation and voltage equation of diode and to find the relationship between resistance parameters and power. Firstly, values of serial resistance and parallel resistance at maximum power point are concluded. Secondly, the c...

Regulation of Current/Voltage Characteristics in Photovoltaic Pumping Systems

A PV pumping system using induction machine is thoroughly investigated in this work. The power structure is constituted of multiple parallel DC/DC step-up converters directly connected to the inverter. Each DC/DC converter is used as a DC current transformer. The input characteristic of the inverter is enforced by means of an appropriate regulation, in order to avoid problematic dynamic resista...

Experimental Characterization of Hybrid Power Systems Under Pulse Current Loads

The electrochemical performance characteristics of a prismatic lithium-ion battery, ultracapacitors, and hybrid combinations at ambient temperature are considered. The effects of pulse current, duty cycle and hybrid combinations are studied. Current pulsing was shown to improved the total energy discharged from the lithium-ion battery and battery / capacitor hybrid combinations over that of a c...

TOPOLOGY OPTIMIZATION OF STRUCTURES UNDER TRANSIENT LOADS

In this article, an efficient methodology is presented to optimize the topology of structural systems under transient loads. Equivalent static loads concept is used to deal with transient loads and to solve an alternate quasi-static optimization problem. The maximum strain energy of the structure under the transient load during the loading interval is used as objective function. The objective f...
